Terms and conditions of purchase and travel

 

1. About your ticket

Booking your ticket
All passengers traveling with Campus Lundby Express must be able to present a valid ticket while they are on the bus. You are personally responsible for ensuring that the information on the ticket matches the intended trip as regards to destination, time and date.  


If you have a monthly pass, you are guaranteed a seat in one of the bus departures if you book your ticket before 15:00 the day before your travel. If both departures are full, please call Öckeröbussarna, 031-7605390 (before 15:00). If seats are still available, you can book your trip until 10 minutes before departure (from the start destination).

Purchasing your ticket
Tickets can only be purchased thru campuslundbyexpress.volvo.com using the payment Swish. You can choose to purchase a one-way ticket or a monthly pass for the desired route.

Confirmation
When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your booking and your receipt for your payment. If you did not receive a confirmation or receipt, please contact us at

2. Departures/Stops

Boarding can only happen at our specified stops (according to the timetable). You are responsible for ensuring at what time and from which stop the bus departs and to be there in time prior to departure. Arrival time at a bus stop is approximate depending on the traffic situation.

Make sure you have booked your seat to and from correct stop. The route will only make stops where a ticket has been sold to or from.  

3. Prices

Monthly ticket (30 days) from Kungsbacka/Vallda/Alingsås/Lerum (Zone AB): 630 SEK

One way ticket from Kungsbacka/Vallda/Alingsås/Lerum (Zone AB): 72 SEK

Monthly ticket within Gothenburg (Zone A): 418 SEK

One way ticket within Gothenburg (Zone A): 36 SEK

All the prices are in SEK and VAT is included.

We reserve the right to change our ticket prices.

4. Booking cancellation

If you will not go, please make sure you cancel your trip on campuslundbyexpress.volvo.com

5. Cancellation after payment

No refund is made after payment.

6. Our vehicles

We have a fleet of modern and safe vehicles that carry 48/49/50/56 passengers. All our vehicles are equipped with heating/AC systems, folding chairs and driven on the fossil free fuel HVO100.

7. Rules for everyone’s wellbeing

Cold food, coffee and drinks may be consumed on our buses, but please show consideration towards other passengers and leave your seat neat and tidy. It is forbidden to consume hot foods and nuts in all our vehicles.

Mobile phones, laptops and other electronic equipment may be used on board, but consideration should be shown towards other passengers.  

Smoking is forbidden in all our vehicles. Alcohol may not be consumed on the bus.

We reserve the right to refuse passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any other way disturbs the surrounding.

9. Delays

Times according to the set timetable may vary depending on traffic situation. We are not responsible for any delay, but we will do our very best to be on time.

10. How we process your personal data

We respect your personal integrity. In order to administrate and process your purchase of tickets, we need to process personal data about you.
